Shipping Policy
We currently offer free standard UK shipping on all orders along with free standard shipping on worldwide orders over £50. We will carefully select the right delivery option based on the size and weight of your item (via royal mail or a courier service).
Processing times
- We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders received by midday are processed the same working day.
- Orders received after midday are processed the following working day.
- Orders received after midday on Fridays and during weekends are processed the following Monday.
- Orders received on a Bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
UK: Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive (excluding bank holidays).
International Delivery: UK: Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive (excluding bank holidays), this will vary by location.
IMPORTANT - Import Fees for Non-UK Customers
All import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
If import fees are not paid, customs may refuse delivery, return the parcel, or in some cases, sadly destroy it. We cannot accept responsibility for these circumstances. Should a parcel be returned, any associated costs will be deducted from any refund issued. Unfortunately, if a parcel is destroyed, no refund can be provided.
Packaging
Whilst we are a premium brand, we have consciously made the decision not to reflect this in our packaging by reusing packaging/boxes we may currently have available, from our imports.
