This substantial specimen has been polished across the face to reveal the incredible natural structure and banding within the Tiger's Eye, with rich golden, bronze and deep brown tones running throughout the piece.
What really sets this specimen apart is its chatoyancy. As the viewing angle and light change, a striking silky band of reflected light moves across the polished surface, creating the characteristic optical effect for which high-quality Tiger's Eye is prized.
The outer edges retain areas of the stone's natural formation, providing a beautiful contrast against the highly polished face and preserving the character of the original specimen.
